my 1st online shopping
yes, today was my 1st online shopping. all i can say is, hopeless. dont get it wrong. not from their part, but from MY part! tsk. their service was good. seriously, i was happy with it (: and i'm thankful that they've even bothered to entertain my nonsense (i find myself very long winded) :( basically, i felt like a gundu. but was i suppose to feel that way, since i'm a 1st timer? things was unorganized. i was attracted to a clothing that they sell, and i've been longing to buy a piece of what they've been selling, since forever. but i didnt get a chance to because either the piece was sold out or i dont have the money. i love what i saw. it was nice ((: and yeah, today was the 1st, since the piece that i want was still available and i have the money on hand. i proceeded to leave them a comment and they got back to me through my mail. let me count, 12 emails was sent and recieved. to me, that's a lot lah! things discussed, lots of negotiation from my part, which i think was such an inconvenience for them. that resulted to the 12 emails. i'm sorryy! once that's done, it was time for the transfer of payment. i'm a noob in bank transfer. imagine, i even sent out an email just to ask what's the name of the person holding that account when, during the transfer, there's not a need to specify the name of the person. haiyaa. disappointed in myself man. (**but still, ummi, thank you! it meant a lot to me, both the clothing and your kind help. maybe because the piece is the 1st that i'm going to have in my collection (: **) alhamdulillah, everything turned out fine after the transaction was settled. i thank you, for the great services! now, i just have to wait for the package tmr! yeeppeeee! =DD now, i just hope that, they wont be "serek" to have me as their customer in time to come. i would love to buy more (: once again, thank you!(((((; |
