alrighty people, i'm back. alhmadulillah, i'm ready to get back on track all over again. i guess, Allah have given me the strength. i was just going with the flow, and do whatever i can to get things right. each day, i prayed that things will go smoothly. and yes, HE granted me just that. oh Allah, syukur alhamdulillah! dugaan bulan ramadhan agaknye. aku redha ya, Allah ((:

and so, these few days have kept me calm. i should say that this whole week went fine. lets see, exactly 11 more days to go. i'm sure gonna miss this month. masyallah.

yesterday was an evening spent with BFFs (yana, liyana, sm, jal, fahr) (:

as usual, it was loved. and babes! thanks for all those lovely birthday gifts! it was much appreaciated. with the handmade card, handmade purple butterfly pillow and pink flowers clock, awwww, it was awesome! that's so sweet of you :D

break our fast at a restaurant located in CCK park. chit chat, ate and jal had to bid goodbye to us, cos she wasnt feeling too well. get well soon yeah! (((:

get out of the restaurant and find ourself a spot, sat in a circle and talked about everything under the sun. oh, super loved! like, finally! and as usual, dreams dreams dreams and dreams. hah! never ending! hehee. but, i'm gonna make sure that it all happens. babe, funds!!! dont ever forget about it (((:

hmm, i guess its time for me to share my recipe of getting my current body shape since many are asking me about it. and oh, i've promised dayana on this. sorry for the late post though (:

basically, you've just got to set your mind that exercise would help you alot in losing weight. as for me, all i do is to tell myself that i have to exercise everyday without fail. no, not those vigorous exercises when i dont have the time, but just long distant walks would do to help you exercise and burn all the fats away. climbing up the stairs would do just fine too. i started off my plan with the guide of an aerobic cd (thanks, aunt!). yes, you should do that too. cos aerobic is the bestest form of exercise that can help a person lose weight. erm, at least on me. but, i'm sure taht as long as you do any form of exercise (the right exercise) you would do just fine in the losing weight plan. the cd wont cost you much. any aerobic cd would do. from the research i've made, most of them cost less than $5. and oh, if possible, look out for those that have ways to tone down your body too, after you've exercised. that would do an excellent job to get your body back to shape. i suggest cds, because the guide that they give would actually guide you to do the right exercises and thus, wont cause harm to your body. After awhile, i switched from cd to distant walking and climbing up the stairs, which i'm currently doing now. If i have the time, then i switch back to the exercises just like in the cd. Other than that, i just look after my diet. you know, the normal healthy diets that you hear everywhere? yeah, that's the one. trust me, any efforts you make would help you a lot ((:
